Q: What should I pay attendance to when doing product testing?
A: First of all,you’d better read our manual carefully.If you do not understand the content,please consult our customer service.Our goal is to satisfy you with this transaction.Most importantly,when you connect a doorbell to a phone,you must place the phone at least five meters away from the machine and then make speak and record.This will not cause signal interference,will not produce noise.
Q: When does the product need to be reset?how to reset it?
A: It needs to be reset when the product can’t connect to the phone,There is a description on the first page of the manual,and the key step is to connect when you see the red light start flashing.
Q: In the network process,the process bar is always not 100%,add failure?
A: This camera only support 2.4GHz WiFi router,please make sure you are using a 2.4GHz WiFi router.And confirm the WiFi password again.
Q: Repeated additions are failures?
A: After adding a failure,it’s recommended to restart the device or power off,and then try to add again.
Q: The device can not be previewed properly?
A: Check whether the network is normal,you can place the doorbell close to the router,and if not,it is recommended to reset the device and add it again.
Q: How to cut the doorbell network to another router?
A: First remove and reset the device on the APP and then configure the device again by the app.
Q: Why I can not get the notifications with my cell phone APP?
A: Please confirm that the APP has been running on the phone,and the relevant reminder function have been opened.
